My credit is showing up now, too. It must’ve arrived sometime in the last hour or so, and I actually hadn’t filed a ticket yet. So ideally everyone’s will show up soon.
I submitted a ticket with pictures of emails,etc. on Wednesday per the directions of LaraL. Today I received an email saying they were trying to straighten out the problem. I sort of expected the money to be put in my account as some said they had experienced. I guess I am on their waiting list!
