How does it work? I've redeemed 7/10 of the Thanksgiving deal wouldn't that count? I haven't gotten any. Thanks

@BC1985  The Thanksgiving offers do count towards the weekend warrior and midweek bonuses. You should be able to click on your bonus to see what your details are as everyone has different bonuses. These also have a date on when offers count. It should also update with a status on where you are

7/10 completed offers is a great start. However, you need to purchase 10 offers to get the bonus before the bonus expires. So, in order to earn the bonus, you still need to buy 3 more offers you have preselected before it expires. Gift card purchases through Ibotta counts too for some bonuses. To help me finish bonuses, I like to order Walmart groceries through Ibotta and pick them up at the store. It's easy and convenient. I hope you earn your bonus.

I posted the bonus I'm talking about. Says I need 5 things, but it's not showing I have anything.

Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours after you purchase your offers for them to be credited into your account. Walmart is generally quick for me but it can take a little longer on the weekends. Ibotta will credit you once they get the information from Walmart. Any offers that you purchased before the bonus expired will be credited too even if the bonus has already expired. If you haven't gotten credit 48 hours after purchasing, you can try restarting your phone, clearing the cache for Ibotta on your phone and see if the bonus shows as completed. I have had to do that a few times and it seems to help. If it doesn't, then submit a help ticket to the Care Team. Include a photo of the receipt, pictures of the items purchased and their barcodes. Once you submit a help ticket, you should get a message stating that they received the ticket. It can take a few days to hear back from them but if you haven't, you can message them inquiring about the status of the ticket. I hope you get this resolved soon.

I've gotten my cash back it's just not saying I completed the welcome bonus.

Or is the Thanksgiving 1 offer? Or is that 10 offers?

@BC1985 What are the eligible dates for the welcome bonus? When did it start and when does it end?

As for the Thanksgiving offers (stuffing, soup etc), I believe there were nine; I redeemed all but one of them on Wed, 11/3.

@BC1985  Thanksgiving would be 10 offers, not 1.  When were you offered the Welcome Bonus?  If it launched after you redeemed your Thanksgiving offers, then you need to complete 5 new offers.  If it was offered before you redeemed the Thanksgiving offers, then you should open a ticket with the Care Team.  Click the “Account tab” on the lower right >> Click “Submit a request” on the top right.

Once you reach the $20 threshold to make your first withdrawal, I suggest waiting at least 48 hours (maybe longer) before withdrawing.  There is a security measure in place to circumvent fraud, so trying to withdraw too soon will lock your account, which means you would need to open up a ticket with the Care Team to review your account and unlock it.
