Any item/Any brand rebate?

Hello everybody, I was just wanting to know if somebody could please tell me what the proper way of being able to get credit for an any item or any brand? I have done it in the past and never had a problem with it but now all the sudden I'm getting rejected for them and don't know if something changed or if I'm just doing it wrong.? I can't find anything anywhere on how to properly get credit for an any item either. So if somebody can enlighten me on properly doing this I would greatly appreciate it.. Thank you!

@BBFaye85 I haven't had issues with them. I usually scan the items I plan to use for any item/brand offers while shopping to ensure they qualify before purchasing them. It saves time and trouble. Open the offer page and tap the option to "Check product code".

I have had problems, especially this past weekend. You should scan barcodes from each offer to verify if the product matches it. But even that doesn’t guarantee credit. I had an Any Bottled Water offer that matched but I didn’t get credit for so I had to open a support case to get it corrected. I also had an Any Applesauce offer that would not match any barcodes except Walmart’s house brand. And I have a Coca Cola 20 oz offer that will not match any barcodes scanned at Walmart. These are all Walmart only offers. So the only advice I can give you is to open support tickets for anything you purchased and didn’t get credit for. I opened two cases this week and both were resolved in my favor.

That's the thing tho, they all say offer matched and they are all valid but when i check my notifications they say no offers found or matched and show $0.00. I'm just gonna have to keep opening more support tickets. Seems I've been doing that more and more lately. Thanks for the reply and advice.

I've had this issue in the past as well. This information is great to know Dean; thank you!

Sometimes, when I keep scanning the barcode (when I know it should count), I get the question: Should this item count?” I respond with “yes,” and the item is okayed. After that point, I have not had a problem when I uploaded the receipt.

Mine do automatically when scanning most receipts. I have had issues with certain stores. When you scan your receipt, it should give you the option to add a missing item. Find the any item offer and select it to get the credit. Also, if you haven't updated your app it can cause issues with redeeming offers.
