Kroger- Barilla Vero Gusto Pasta Sauce - price $5.99 (too expensive in my opinion) - Kroger gave me a digital store coupon for $1, a digital mfr coupon for $2 and Ibotta for $2 making it .99. We had it tonight for supper and it was very good - but I like meat in my sauce and prefer my husband’s homemade sauce better- my husband is Italian. But this sauce does taste just like it does in Italy. It was made in the same region as my husband was born, so the taste was familiar. It is better than most jarred sauces, but I would have him doctor it up next time. My father-in-law would definitely like it.
