I am signed up for Texts. Maximum text alerts is 7 per month. I get MAYBE 2 or 3 per month. The last one I got was on March 25 about a Colgate rebate. The two Easter Bonuses were NOT sent via Text, though many have posted that they didn't get it. Nobody got it!
Honestly it sounds like something is off, might want to try submitting a quick ticket for it so our care team can get a better idea of what's causing that.
I am also signed up for texts with my only phone number. I did not get either bonus clues via text. I was on the community all morning looking when I responded to your post here at noon. Just wanted you to know.
Well we didn't send out the bonus via text, if that's what you mean. But you should've seen a confirmation come through.
