sure, first come, first serve.... but what they are saying is it's not fair to only send texts or emails to certain people about the bonuses, and not letting us have a chance at being quick to respond... especially when some of us miss out on SO much from not being chosen as an "insider".

I agree about the insider bonuses that only certain people got that email and bonuses , I would have love to be apart of tht , becuz if you are going to be fair it has to be fair all cross that just my opinion

First off, only those who have signed up for Text Alerts would get a Text.  I am signed up for Text Alerts and I didn't get a Text.  I am not even sure anybody got a Text.

Second, I did get an email.  I suspect everyone did.  If you didn't, it either could not be delivered or it is in your SPAM folder.  Mine was received on March 25 at 5:39 pm.

No one knew when the Bonus would be available.  Several people commented that they "guessed" the clue and it was right.  Anyone could text Easter related words to Ibotta and stumble over the right word.  

I first saw the clue on Facebook and then on the Ibotta Community.  I never saw it officially posted in either site, just Ibotta users posting it for everyone.

Only a fraction of the Ibotta users could get the Bonus.  If you were lucky, congratulations.  If you didn't get it, then keep checking the Ibotta Facebook account and the Ibotta Community for the next one.  Rumor has it, it will be on April 2nd.

For what it's worth, the last one went from 0 to fully redeemed in about an hour. Hopefully that helps give you some context on why so many were unable to redeem it in time.

I am signed up for text alerts. Have been for a long time. I did NOT get the text. However, I read the social media and texted the answer and got the bonus (for once). and NO not everyone got an email. I NEVER got one.
