Getting Bonus offer

Hello To All: I got a Unilever Bonus for products: Aspercreme, Icyhot, Unisom. It's up to 3 times & get $3 back extra. I scanned my 2 receipts that had Aspercreme & Icyhot products, got regular rebate $ but didn't track toward Bonus. Still shows 0 of 3 offers. What do you recommend I do? I meet the requirements. Bonuses are NOTORIOUSLY poorly executed on the Ibotta backend. Most of mine are not automatically tracked and/or the corresponding offers of active bonuses become detached/disconnected over time.

Did you meet the exact requirements of the bonus? YMMV but my version of the bonus is below and your aforementioned purchases wouldn’t fulfill the bonus requirement.

If you have met all terms of the bonus, just open a ticket with the Care Team. My missed $0.25 bonus for buying two Brownie Brittle was credited less than 48 hrs after I submitted my ticket.

Three products have to be redeemed to get the bonus but the OP was about tracking the two offers redeemed in the bonus screen. Those two should show as completed. I agree that bonus tracking is a problem. My current bonuses seem to update an hour or two after redeeming offers, or not at all until I restart the app.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I had done 2 purchases, but nothing tracked. It gave me the regular Rebate $$ for buying & so I said, should also be tracking. At this point the Bonus offer is gone.

Thanks for sharing your answer. I just wanted to know if its tracking or not. Now the Bonus offer is gone. Crazy to get the Rebate$$, but not show its tracking toward a Bonus on the same items. I understood I won't get it, but even when I scanned a 3rd receipt, still nothing showing. I give up.
