Help with bonus

Hi I thought I somewhat knew what I was doing but im really not so sure anymore! I redeemed a few breakstone doubles and realized I could do up to 10 so I bought 5 more at stop and shop and 5 more at walmart and I see the item on the list but it doesnt come up like it did before when I redeemed them. It's there under breakstone bonus and I have 2 out of 10 but I cant redeem them? I need a little help!

Once you submit your receipt for an offer, it goes away, usually for 24 to 48 hours, even if you did not submit 10 the first time.

Wait at least 24 hours and check again.  It may come back.  Please note that it might not or when it does come back, the offer could be different.

You can submit a receipt up to 7 days after purchase.  If you submitted the receipt for other offers, you can submit the receipt again within 24 hours for Walmart, up to 7 days for other receipts.

If it won't let you submit the receipt again, you can open a request with Ibotta Care.  It will take a couple days for a response.

One additional note: Though this offer is available at both Walmart and Stop & Shop, it is the same rebate.  If you bought some at both stores, you can't submit them at the same time.  When it comes back, I would submit the Walmart receipt, if you can, and then wait for the rebate to return before submitting the Stop & Shop receipt.
