Jack O Lantern Bonus

Do any item offers count towards the jack o lantern bonus? Normally the bonus will say if they are included or excluded, but this one does not.

I don't want to buy things I don't really need in order to reach it and then find out I didn't actually reach it. I probably won't do enough offers get it if it doesn't count.

I wish I had your bonus.  I didn't get any bonuses at all for October.
