@OBSHOP @Rickibotta I agree. For the lucky ones that got the $10 bonus offer for 20 items or less I’d run to the store to stack an extra $0.50 off every item - including the freebies and your WW and MWMM. Stacking bonuses like that don’t pop up too often.
But for me and my whopping 46 items in such a short time when my freezers and pantry are already full just isn’t feasible. I stopped on my way home yesterday and got 7 items I actually need - so I’m half way through my WW but I’ll honestly be pushing just to complete the 15 since I need nothing and I’m running out of storage room. Lol. But if a bunch of freebies fall into my lap I won’t be complaining.
TWO WEEKS IN A ROW PENDING FOR OVER 48 HOURS AT END OF WWB
I went shopping on Friday so I could complete my WWB very early.
Well my Meijer receipt has been pending for 48 hours now.
And although I did get credit for offers from a Kroger shop later that night, my offer count still has not been updated .
Same thing happened last week and my offer pended for 3 days. It got resolved Monday morning, and I did get credit for all the counts and the bonus. But I don't want this to be a weekly thing. I know ibotta will make it right, but I just have a little anxiety now all weekend hoping I don't have to open tickets.
This cannot become the norm for Ibotta. I redeemed offers at Kroger's today and all was fine. As a seasoned Ibotta app user I know you want the system to perform as designed but if you have to submit a trouble ticket then that's what has to be done.
I sort of felt like I was in the locker room just now and you came in to give the half-time speech.......lol
Has your Kroger's receipt cleared the mystical pending zone yet?
I got my kroger credits same night. I was missing Meijer credit.. I edited the earlier post just now. It was not clear.
I always found it helpful to add only brief details initially when opening a ticket.
Then I would immediately add on to the ticket from my desktop via web browser, because it afforded me a full suite of edit options (bullets, bold, underline, font colors, etc.) I find that makes it much easier for others to follow. I was disappointed to see that there are no fancy options anymore.

Compare that to ticket # #7235182. This is one with full editing. See how perty it is and how easy it is to follow.
Shame this is not available any longer.
Yeah I can see how that would help get your concerns addressed more easily, but I do also think there are times when our Care team should be more thorough.
Can you ask whether the editing options are a permanent change or just some sort of temporary limit for some reason?
I'll ask that next time I have a meeting with one of the folks higher up in the Care team. I don't think that's something most Care agents will know.
