May Level 4 Bonus

Is there any special items I need to buy to get this bonus? My bonus says I've earned 11/30 offers. But when I look back through my May receipts, I've been credited for 82 offers already. I've written in and although I asked these same questions, I never get a direct answer. Just saying my accounts up to date. Can anyone help me understand?

May Level 1 was xx offers

May level 2 was yy offers

May level 3 was zz offers

so after level 1, 2 and 3 were met, you are now up to level 4

May level 4 you now have 11/30 offers

Ok I think I just realized lol I start at zero after every Level Bonus. I thought it was counting everything for the month. Ok I got it now. That's for helping me out! 👍
