Merry & Bright Bonus

Same, $45/140.  I guess it'll depend on whether a WW drops tomorrow as to if I want to pursue this bonus.,  I guess the only plus is that I didn't get to the store yesterday to do my Midwk, so I'll have at least 5 offers towards Merry & Bright today!

$45/140 I completed it really fast in October. But now with Amazon gone for gift cards and wanting to avoid the Christmas shopping crowds, idk if I'll be able to do it. Plus, there isn't really much new that I need. Kind of a bummer.

The only way to achieve it is to do 15 offers each midweek & weekend and add 5 extra offers to it. I completed my midweek yesterday as I have an appt today - that would have been the 5 extra offers I needed. I hope we get mw and ww bonuses to stack at least part of the time. Or a lot  of freebies and any receipt or any item.

First time receiving a bonus structured like this. My thoughts mirror the ones already shared. 

@LaraL FYI- redeeming 30+ offers each and every week this month will be a challenge. Supply chain issues aside- the available offers just aren’t there. I always have around 125-150 offers added to my Walmart list but currently it’s close to 90.

This bonus may very well be mathematically unobtainable. If the midweek and weekend bonuses aren’t offered and this bonus ends up expiring uncompleted, then I guess Ibotta saves some money in the short term while possibly alienating their core group of active savers. Something to think about…

My understanding is that vast majority will receive the month-long bonus, and others will receive the standard bonus structure.

I haven’t been too active lately but my Merry bonus is $30/90. Probably attainable for a lot of you but I’m thinking not a chance.

Mine is $45 for 140, also.  I have 138 more to go!

This type of bonus seems to be a "replacement" for the four monthly bonuses we used to get for Teammates, though the amount is way more than we use to get.  If we also get the Mid-Week and Weekend bonuses, I can see making this.  But if some of the regular bonuses are not there, there is less incentive.

I got a couple of Any Brand rebates (Milk, Eggs, Bread), but I just bought all of those this weekend.  My guess, it will only stay around for a few days.

I usually buy yogurt, but nothing is available right now.  I did pick up the Air Wick two-pack this morning ($2.50 back on $2.47 spent at Walmart) and some Quaker Oatmeal.

Ibotta needs to have a talk with Walmart.  If they are going to offer these deals, they need to stock them in the stores.  I know I have at least a dozen items I would buy right now, but they just don't carry it in any of the Walmarts in my area.  I had to drive 30 miles away to another Walmart in another county just to pick up the Smithfield BBQ item.  No Walmarts in my county even carry it.

I did not get the M&B bonus. If it is 140 offers I wouldn't be able to achieve it anyway and I just finished MWMM and used up a lot of offers on that. Happy two have gotten a couple of good smaller bonuses lately...but also missing yogurt and cottage cheese lol.
