Referral bonuses change all the time, so I don't know what your exact bonus said.

Generally, the person you signed up MUST use your referral code when signing up and they must be a first time user.

In addition, they must redeem at least one offer before you can get credit.  Some offers, especially online orders, have long pending periods, so you won't get credit until that period is over.

If all requirements have been met and you still don't have credit for your referral, then you need to open a request with Ibotta Care.  I usually open a request by going to Account in the app and then selecting Help.

I also have missed referral bonuses lately. The referral code used to autopopulate if the link we sent was used. It hasn't been doing that anymore. So I'll mention Ibotta now to people but I sure don't try and "sell" it like I used to or provide tutorials to people. I believe I've missed 3 in the past 2 weeks. It's so much information for new users it's too difficult to explain to them what code and where to add it so we get our bonus.

I didn't get mine either because the person borrowed my phone to sign up because she only has a computer and wasn't home at the time. I don't think that is right she got her ten dollars but I didn't. I don't think it should matter how someone signs up. So not fair🤬😥

After the person you referred downloads their first receipt, you both get $10, if they used your code to sign up.
