In my case, I had already installed the extension so I didn’t have to unlock it. The first time I saw the bonus, I was able to see the requirements and all of that like for any other bonus. Now it’s just not there at all anymore.
I do send an email notification whenever I don't see my bonus submission. Sometimes the system takes about 24 hour to verify the algorithm, so it's important to take a print screen of your submission or take a photo of the items and send it as attachments. Regardless of the missing credit/bonuses, the customer service has never failed me. They're helpful, precise, and knowledgable and they make sure they resolve the issue.
