My option to select a team disappeared

I got the email and the alert and it was never there to begin with.  Very sad now. 😥

I received the email and the alert also and it was never there. I literally clicked on the alert which took me to my bonuses but nothing was there. 
I did submit a Help request but haven’t heard anything yet.

Didn't get that pop up that @Be-Bop-A-Lula got. No bonuses since FGB. Did something get stuck? I tried the usual tricks from wiping cache to logging out and in

@Hazel  The big bonuses of $10 usually have high offer counts . If you are new to Ibotta you most likely didn’t receive the bonus

Quick update, you can retrigger the team selection by visiting Earn More in the app. This should now be live.
