Completed 12/15 offers as of yesterday afternoon. I was waiting for pending offer credit for Rowdy , which would bring me to 13. I got this morning, now my Latte Bonus is showing 0/15 !   I did contact Lara & care team ..I hope this gets resolved quickly…..

I understand your frustration better. 

When I hit the threshold to unlock it, the grayed out preview disappeared and I never got the live bonus. I redeemed one more offer, but still never got the tracker. I didn't see the tracker until yesterday. All that other happen Friday.

I am not sure how many redemptions I am into the Latte Bonus, so you are actually ahead of things.
