Does anybody else have trouble not getting credited for all the offers you complete on Walmart delivery online orders? I was credited with 9 out of 17. Now I'm having to play the wait game (which has never ended well before) even though I submitted proof that Ibotta didn't meet their obligation. They owe me 22.50
The only thing you can do is open a request with Ibotta Care. Please note that it can take 2-3 days for them to research everything.
If you have opened a request, be sure to include a copy of your email from Walmart showing everything you received. If they made any substitutions, you will only get Ibotta credit if the substitution qualifies for a rebate.
I would also include a picture of each product missed and the UPC.
If your purchase completed a bonus, be sure to let them know.
Ibotta Care has always come through for me, but you need to be patient and persistent. They get hundreds of requests every day and it can take time to verify everything.

I have not had any problems with Walmart pickup online orders. I have never done a Walmart online delivery order though.

Rarely this is an issue with me for Walmart ... but Target, that's a whole different story! You're supposed to be credited within 72 hours -- I very rarely get credited by the 72 hour mark ... IF I get credited at all without needing to submit requests, I'm lucky if I get credited in 4-5 days. So frustrating!
The last two times I have shopped qt Wal-Mart I have not received credit for my offers. Saturday two minutes after shopping I scanned my receipt, Ibotta said I had 9 offers, but never received credit. I got a notification from them saying there was no offers on the receipt. This was a total of $11.97. Then today, as soon as I checked out, I did the same thing which was 7 offers for a total of $4.75. Same thing happened!! This is also preventing me from eaming my bonuses!!

I would open a request with Ibotta Care. Be sure to tell them that you want credit for the bonuses. You may not get it right now, but at least you brought it up. Once you have enough offers redeemed (including the ones you didn't get), open up another request and ask that you should be credited for completing the bonus.
Yes, it is a pain. There was a post some time ago that indicated Ibotta was working on a way to give credit towards bonuses. No update on this in quite some time.
If Ibotta worked 100% of the time, this would not be such a problem. In my opinion, this is one of the reasons why so many people quit using Ibotta. Too much trouble getting credit.
Yes, this happens to me probably about every other month. I do grocery pickup. So not only do I have to spend the time to go through all the offers, add them, calculate what the bonuses, add 2 more items in case they are out of something, THEN I get to spend two weeks going back and forth in an email sending screenshots of pictures and being asked for UPC codes for items that have been already used as a additional proof when they can clearly see that I picked up the order. The customer service is terrible! So I understand you saying it doesn't go well LOL
Same, I’m at $22 and some change and should get close to the bonus offer $16… wonder if everything will time out before I receive cash back. Been battling this for days now
