At the end of last week, I was offered a 25% cash back offer to download the extension. I was given 7 days to use it. I went to my selected store and the 25% popped up. I did not activate it at that time. Yesterday, we had our list together and the offer is now 1.5%. The 25% should still be active until this Thursday. I can't get anyone to answer my emails. Did anyone else have this issue? This is the 3rd time I've had problems and its beyond frustrating at this point, but why will nobody email me about it? I'm losing $50 because of this
I had the same offer, it disappeared, the same thing that happened to you. No clue how to get it back, not sure Ibotta is actually a scam since I recently started using it.
Sorry to hear you're having difficulties tracking this one down. Did you already submit a ticket to our Care team? If not, I highly recommend doing so as they can provide much better insight than I can.

I'm sure it's not a scam, although I hate having this issue. I've used ibotta for quite some time now. Have earned over $1320 so far. It's just so frustrating when glitches happen and they don't respond. It's unusual.
Our average response time is somewhere around 32-36 hours, and no later than 48 hours. I imagine you'll receive a response from us at some point later today, but if you don't hear anything by the 48 hour mark, let me know.
I had the same thing happen to me. Aggravating as the time slips away that I have to use this offer. I have reached out over the last few days because i am having a number of issues. I'm losing out big time.
search “get 25% back” in your email-that’s how I found mine. Hope this possibly helps (?). I’m having the issue of Ibotta providing a shopping code. The store doesn’t accept a shopping code. Ugh. Good luck
