You probably figured it out by now, but yes, they changed the expiration date and sent out an email to everyone.
If you made qualifying online purchases towards the bonuses and made 10, you will get the first two bonuses. It is based on when you made the purchase, not when you received it or it goes through.
Please note that every retailer has it's own set of rules. Some don't allow promo codes, some do. Some can be pending for 24 hours, some 90 days. Some categories are not included. It is clearly spelled out in the Chrome Extension and in the Ibotta app under each retailer.
The Bonuses indicated only orders from the Online Shopping category in the app. Not grocery stores or Target.
Hopefully, all your orders match and you can earn the bonuses.
I wish it would tell us if they DIDN'T match, instead of being in limbo.
So far, I've gotten 2 from buying toys, at Walmart, but the photo center one, that I did earlier isn't showing up, nor the one from the same day.
Chewy isn't showing up either as even pending.
@SoCOMom Sadly not everyone 😕 I've seen others post that email on here, and I spotted the in-app date switch on my own, but I never actually received the official email. Pretty bad that they couldn't even guarantee timely/proper notification to all their users...
Totally bogus if you ask me. I thought I had plenty of time. I was trying to use just for Christmas shopping so i could bank my remainder for Christmas stuff i could not buy online. I guess that's not going to happen. Not to mention i have no bonus offers whatsoever roght now which never happens.
@Thatpolishchick I got my cash back already, but not sure if I will get the second bonus - will wait and see.
