Pick your bonus

I got a pop-up to choose my two monthly bonuses (I am almost at Icon Status).  Before I could choose the 2 options I wanted the popup disappeared.  Where did it go and how do I get back the ability to pick my bonuses?  I've looked everywhere.  Thanks!

Oh no. I just got Rising Star status. I got a text with a link to the app. That brought up my choices. I picked my 2, but I haven't seen them yet. Do you know if the any brand offer is for all stores? This is all new to me.

 I chose the two money bonus offers. My first one just popped up about 45 mins after I picked my reward.

Same thing happened to me! I'm wondering what I need to do/where I need to look to get another opportunity to pick my bonus. I also looked everywhere in the app and couldn't find anything about it. Hopefully someone knows 🤞

Try checking your earn more button. I found mine there.  If not, I would suggest that you logout then login.  Or check it on a different device.

Same thing happened to me! I went to click on it and it disappeared. I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I have logged out and logged back on and shut the app down and reopened and nothing 😞

Same happened to me but when I logged out and ran the update the pop up came back when I opened my bonus page.

It did take about an hour for it to show up as an active offer on the page. hope this helps.

I've reached Icon status but have never been offered a bonus that I can find. I have push notifications on and have receive all emails checked. Someone suggested looking in Earn More but I don't see them there. Anyone else have this problem and figure out how to find their bonuses? Thanks!
