I got the text about the plant a tree bonus, but a bonus never showed up on my account.  I used the link in the text and even tried restarting my phone.  Anyone else have this happen?

This happened to me. I wrote to Ibotta and they sent me an article. The article suggested to restart my phone and close all apps. It also said my phone had to have IOS 13+. I have an IPhone 11  with 14+. I did what was suggested and still did not receive the plant a tree bonus when I clicked on the link.
