@OBSHOP Going back and forth with the Help Desk to get bonus credits accurately credited for this offer. This is for purchases made after my Sunflower bonus was reflected in my app and after I posted here. They’ve shortchanged me on 3 unique offers (claiming that the purchases were made prior to the release of the offer) and have told me to basically wait and see if I need those 3 to complete the bonus in time. 🙄 Um, no, I don’t think so…I’m pretty unrelenting though 😂 and am hopeful I can get it resolved on my own , but I’m going to tag @LaraL here just in case.

You have a unique issue here and tagging @LaraL is always a good move. For most issues the Care Team is on point and resolves issue promptly. My issue is multiple Care Team members might be involved with resolving your issue and I don't recall of ever communicating with the same CTM twice.

I’n also wondering if the inaccurate bonus credit is connected to instances where purchases/offers are in pending status and then are later approved. I just made two trips: Sprouts and Target. The former is approved and reflected in my account, while the later is in pending status -let’s see if those Target offers get credited to my Sunflower Bonus once they’re approved. I made screenshots of course…
@Tikiki Is your Level I (or II) count short offers as well? I'm asking because my counts were correct until yesterday. Now my Sunflower and Level I bonuses are both short by two unique offers, even after clearing my cache. When I look in my activity where it shows the percentage complete, I think Level I is reading correctly. The system says I've completed 29 of 40 offers when it's in fact 31. My percentage shows as 81% complete. If it was reading the 29 then the percentage should be below 80%. Sunflower shows as 69% which still seems off. Our situations may not be related in any way, but it looks like maybe something's going haywire in the system. You are not alone in this issue anyway!
@mom2furkids Level 1 appears to be OK. (Strangely, this is the third month in which purchases made at the end of the previous month (in this case August) were credited to September-not sure if this is a glitch or a time zone issue or something else.) Make sure you tag LaraL and/or send her a private message regarding the discrepancies you’ve observed.
Just my SB is off. Looking at my earnings (and receipts) in the app it’s plain as day that I’m short 3 unique offer credits, but yet I have been repeatedly told by the help desk that I wasn’t eligible for the SB at the time my purchases were made (then why, pray tell did I get SB credit for 5 out of 8 purchases from the same receipt?)
