They reversed my Dublin bonus

 I woke up this morning with a message that ibotta once again reversed another bonus.  

I am absolutely exhausted from sending in ticket after ticket after ticket. I’ve got bonuses missing.  Missing several others. 

I work very hard at 2 jobs already and Ibotta now feels like a THIRD JOB.

please please give me back Dublin Bonus. I absolutely earned that. If it wasn’t for ibotta rebates I would never consider 75% of the products purchased. 

Sick to my stomach over this loss.

did you return and or cancel anything? No one can help you here you'll need to put in a ticket and see why.

I don't know why they do it. But I once purchased a comforter set online through Macy's got $4 in cash back and couple days later down the road they took it away. Because supposedly I cancelled it and never did. So I submitted a ticket on it. But at the end ibotta dropped the ball never fixed it. But I wasn't going to submit a ticket again for $4 to much of a hassle. But hopefully you can get yours fixed.

They also TWICE gave me the Core bonus for which I didn’t earn. And reversed it. 
There’s yet another Core bonus given that it’s not possible to win because of the size requirement cannot be met here.  
It’s very frustrating to send in a ticket every time I use ibotta.

They didn’t even give me the Dublin bonus- even though I earned it. Plus, I’m missing six item credits. Having to deal with their support has been a pain. They’ve been ignoring my tickets and when they do finally get back to me it’s like, send in pictures of your items to prove you bought them. Some of them I don’t have anymore because they were already used. I used to love Ibotta, but lately it’s been such a hassle.

I just made a post about a reversal too. I spend money to make money. I can’t afford to buy random products to try and not get my bonuses. I think I had to buy 30-40 items to get that $10 grand slam bonus and had it for two weeks and now they took it back, opened several tickets and still no response from customer support, very upsetting!
