When I click on a store it states they are having trouble with my information. What’s wrong?

Are you able to provide me with a screenshot by chance? It would help us troubleshoot.
And just to rule it out, you do have an active internet connection otherwise, right?
I've been getting this when I try to ho back to the homepage from here. I have no trouble loading the community. I thought I was going to miss my bonus yesterday because I couldn't get the pages with my stores and offers, but I could get here. It's odd.
When my app dhows internet problem, I restart my phone while in the ibotta app and it works eachtime.
Ok that's really good to know. Sounds like there's something wrong with the link to the community from the app. I'll look into this, thank you!
