@Nemme there seems to be a lot of odd state to state offer variances.

Thursday LW someone posted an FAO for Beyond Burger, and I only got mine yesterday. I think I also got a $3 off post purchase printed coupon for it redeemable only at Kroger. In rummaging through the thread the poster said she has Stop and Shop (don't have those in the Atlanta area)

If the PQ says redeemable at Kroger, you can use it elsewhere.  They are just MQ.  Of course in the unlikely event it says ONLY, then you are correct.
