I'm new to Ibotta. I don't see Meijer on the retailer list. Can I still shop in-store there and get the Ibotta deals?

Meijer is not on the list. When I type Meijer in the search bar, it responds "no results found". Kroger is not on the list either! Is this a Michigan issue?

You might want to send in a service ticket.

From your home screen, type MEIJER in the search bar on top of screen.   Then select the heart to add to your favorites.

Unless you have to link, consider going unlinked. (SUBMIT RECEIPT).  Generally speaking, things are smoother, and you also are in control of resubmitted receipts when necessary.

Thank you for your help. I got "MEIJER" to work on my phone, but not my laptop for some reason. Fingers crossed everything goes well when I go shopping. If not, I will submit the receipt as you suggested. Thanks again!

Meijer is definitely on the list, just type it into the search bar! Plus you can link up your mperks account to Ibotta and as long as you activate deals BEFORE you go shopping, your earnings will automatically be found and applied without having to snap receipt pics!

Got that right. It was there a week ago when I set up my account. Went to scan a few receipts today, and nowhere found in search. Don't bother filing a ticket. They don't have a systems to fix it  😞

How can you unlink your mperks from ibotta? I went shopping yesterday and checked out around 6:45pm and this morning my purchase still has not shown up and it was a large grocery order I made in-store. Thanks in advance for any help!
