New member and I have a problem. I marked and purchased Jett puffed marshmallow bites today. They were supposed to be free after purchase. They are not showing up in my selected items or anywhere in the system. What did I do wrong?
Mine was there in the store and then vanished when I got home. I wouldn’t have purchased them had they not been free. I am new, but so far this is the first glitch I have ran into. Hopefully it’s not common:(
Could be that the offer was pulled/expired. I saw it yesterday and redeemed it after work without problem. Some free offers seem to stick around a looong time others are like smoke and if you don’t jump on them they are gone after a day.
