I keep having this issue where I purchase an item that is clearly on ibotta but never receiving credit for it. Example: Dog Food, Grain free. Purchased it over 4 times and never once got credit for it. Went in store to purchase thinking maybe it was due to being an online grocery order. When I scanned the receipt I got nothing back. I then scanned the product its self and got a match but not credit. That isn't the only item. The Ms. Butterworths maple syrup only credited for one bottle. I made 3 different orders at different dates and still never received credit for anymore than one. Yes I have sent messages regarding the information but it just became so tedious having to screen shot all these pictures with the information. Only because the product was listed and yet I was having to work triple the time just to receive a few extra dollars. I guess I just assumed I wouldn't need to make an help ticket every time I made a purchase.
I would suggest you use unlinked and do in-store first to get a grip on using ibotta.
Online orders are more complicated, and they must be made using the ibotta chrome extension.
Offers are only available at certain retailers. If you find an offer that you are interested in, you need to scroll down to see available retailers. Or from the home screen of the app, select the store you are interested in, and look at the offers for that retailer.
You have to have an offer added to your list before you can redeem it. For online orders, you have to have them on your list before purchase.
Each offer can be redeemed only once from a valid store. Then you offer leaves your gallery. You must then wait to see if the offer resets
I keep having this same problem with my entire grocery pickup order. I have used Ibotta for a few years now and never used to have any problems and now suddenly I have problems with every shopping trip. The last time it was over $16 and this time over $20 and I received 53 cents. I'm starting to get really angry over this because then I have to round up all the items take pictures of the front and the bar code and copies of the email confirming my order and that I picked it up. That's not OK with me. It's a lot of extra work and burden on me for Ibotta's internal issues.
I've been using Ibotta for at least 3 years and I know how to use it! Don't act like everybody is a Newby. My last 2 grocery pickup orders have gone completely ignored and I've been made to submit a ton of pictures of products and labels to get my rebates. This is not on me, it's on I Ibotta and it needs to get resolved ASAP.
I have the same problem and by the time I figure they are never going to credit me, I send a complaint and they want to know what the bonuses were and the receipt is online and I have no idea how to copy my receipt to a file since it’s either in my email or on the stores website. By this time it’s been a couple weeks and I give up. I guess this site isn’t meant for online orders
