Adding new items for savings in different stores

I always get items from the store that I could get offers on if I bought them from a DIFFERENT store, but never the store I bought them at. Is it possible to change that??

I sometimes have that problem. Normally for me it that the item isn't available where we are yet. By the time it is, the offer has expired.
