Can’t find Weis in list to redeem

• I made a purchase at Weis, but can’t redeem because they’re not included in the list. Any idea what’s going on?

Did you try typing Weis in the search bar?  I was able to find it that way.

when you go into the ibotta app use the search bar put in weis it pops up you need to link your card to it for credit

I often forget to check by doing a search if a store is on Ibotta. I have a note on my desk to do so, especially when shopping for clothing and accessories online.

I had a receipt from Weis but when I click redeem I did not see Weis icon to redeem my items!!!!  I registered my Weis card already.  After log out n back in again but no  Weis icon to click to redeem my receipt!!!!!

This has happened to me twice now. I believe you have to add your shopper card prior to redeeming. Customer service did give me the credit when I sent them the receipt. This need to be fixed. I don’t shop there often and I don’t have a shoppers card. Frustrating.
