I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 DAYS NOW TO WITHDRAW MY CASH AND GET A GIFT CARD TO WALMART OR AMAZON AND IT KEEPS TELLING ME THEY HAVE AN ISSUE SUBMIT A TICKET! I HAVE DONE THAT 5 TIMES AND STILL NOTHING YET! ANY IDEAS WHY ITS DOING THIS?
@rachgas1221 Unfortunately you’ll need to wait the 24-48 hours for them to respond via email. They implemented this to validate new accounts. I find it hard to recommend them now because of all the hassle. New users aren’t going to stick around long when this is their first experience with the company.
EXACTLY! I HAD SET UP IBOTTA FOR MY GRANDMOTHER AND SHE COULDNT REMEMBER HER PASSWORD SO I TRIED TO LOGIN IN ON MY PHONE TO HELP HER AND THEY CLOSED HER ACCOUNT!!! ITS BEGINNING TO BE SUCH A PAIN WITH THESE GUYS! AND I USE TO LOVE THIS APP I WAS ALWAYS TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT IT AN HOW GREAT IT WAS WELL NOT ANYMORE. AND THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION
