Hello I keep trying to get a gift card but it won’t let me. I have 27 dollars so I know I can do Amazon. But when I try it tells me error can’t retrieve your information. I’ve reached out to support days ago. I’ve deleted and re installed. I’m stuff and annoyed please help!!

Look for an update uninstall and reinstall again wifi on off shut phone off on clear cookies cache those are the normal fixes when people have problems if it's not working for you maybe they ran out of the gift card that you want it happens from time to time.
