Hi, Rickibotta. Thanks so much for replying! : )  Yes, I read & re-read every word from you, Dana & Scotty, and I sure appreciate everyone's help. As I added in the thread, I'm unfortunately dealing with some health issues, so I'm not at my best rn. I need some clarification & confirmation on the specifics I posted about in 2 of my additions to this thread. I'm sorry for the trouble...just still not completely clear on details yet.

While you can redeem offers for Online Shopping retailers, as well as for available grocery pickup & delivery orders through the Ibotta browser extension, you will need to download and use the Ibotta app to successfully cash out your earnings. There is a $20 minimum in order to cash out. Once you hit that threshold, you can cash out by connecting your bank account, PayPal account, or with an available gift card.

Sorry if I am dense, but it seems to me that he already answered your question that you have to add the app to get your money out.  I also believe Dana and I both mentioned that the money doesn't expire until you are inactive for a year or so.  So I guess I am unsure what your question is.......lol

I think this community is just for the users to say stuff to each other rather than IBOTTA ever actually listening to what we have to say and responding as I very seldom see a response to anything ppl post if it isn't something that a staff started
