Is there a way to close a ticket that no one has gotten to yet? I think the system took care of it already and don’t want anyone wasting time to read the ticket. I’ve tried responding yes to the emails before, but that didn’t do anything (when they say respond by saying yes to close the ticket).
Yes there is.
Typically I reply to their email stating: "Resolved."
I'm sure there are other ways, too. But that is what I do
Thanks @What-Shot. I went to do that and this time it had actual articles in their email that had links for the article being helpful and they could close the ticket. Whole none of them applied, I just hit yes under one of them to close it and I think it worked!
