Collection of cash

I'm new to ibotta I tried to email them they said something about validating period

I don't know if anyone is familiar 

As far as I know ibotta doesn't talk to people on the phone  for two days I've tried to move 20$ cash to PayPal

It says account locked 

With no one from ibotta answering me clearly I'm convinced they're some kind of scam 

As far as I know there are people using ibotta

I don't have a whole lot of money I spent enough to earn 20$ trusting ibotta

I know in these troubled times people can lose hope and that gives people like ibotta a chance to take advantage of people 

If anyone knows anything about how to get the 20$ please help,  I dont agree with ibotta trying to trick people

I'm having the same issue. Their system has been trash lately. It can take me like 3 hours before I can get back in my account. I have always got my money so you shouldn't have to worry.
