I attempted to connect my Ibotta and Wal*Mart Delivery / Pickup Account on my own, but I had difficulty doing so. I sent a message to Ibotta and they were able to help. I then figured that I was good to go, so I placed an order. This was on Sunday, and I am still experiencing difficulties! Ibotta is now telling me that they are unable to retrieve my receipt to confirm my purchases and refund what I am entitled to.
This process is frustrating! I am successfully signed into both accounts. I am not sure what else to do, but I would like assistance in figuring this out.
