Why does ibotta not respond back to emails, tickets and I even messaged them through Facebook?
Does it take an act of Congress or what?
They are treading water right now. This Turkey promotion has really taxed them. Tickets taking up to a week. They have very good and accommodating, albeit slow support.

Yea, same thing. They suddenly deactivated my account. Why? I have no clue. I think it has to do with the fact that I sometimes capitalize two letters in my email and other times I don't. It goes to the same place. I don't know why that would matter and I'm not sure it does. I have been waiting for three days for some sort of response. All I have gotten so far is automated answers. This is frustrating. During this time of year when you are buying lots of groceries and really need the money, I can't get help.
