On the browser extension, when I open Shipt, I've used the extension 2 times with no problem, but about a week ago now, everytime I open Shipt, the ibotta extension small box says "Whoops. Something went wrong" and nobody is letting me know how to fix this. I've posted 2 times and I've submitted a ticket to ibotta on Monday with no answer yet. I just want to know how to correct this problem please!
I just now got a reply to my email. Here is how to fix it: In order to help resolve the issue, please try the following:
Update the Chrome Browser if needed.
Access the Chrome Store and search for the Ibotta Browser Extension.
Select “Add to Chrome”.
Then go shopping at your favorite online retailer.
