Hi, I’m trying to contact someone but keeps telling me I need to confirm my email. I never receive the email to confirm my email. 

the tricky part gets here, when I try to redeem an offer, it takes away from my earnings but I never receive the gift card

what can I do? Help! Thanks in advance

It sounds like your email in Ibotta is wrong.  

Go to Account, then Help.

Open a request.  Make sure you tell them your correct email address.  If they say it is correct, then you should check your junk or spam folder.  Then check your trash folder.
