Instead of us trying to micro explain with tons of pictures the items and bonuses missing, Help Center should be able to work from within our accts and see all the rebates and bonuses (and their expiration dates so that they work faster). Make the access to sensitive information, like the redemption section, with another security layer so, only the acct owner can make changes on it.
Waiting so long for your receipt to be reviewed, then receive incomplete earnings that make you resubmit a request and, at the end, not to be able to claim those bonuses because they’re long expired, it’s like a cat-and-mouse game.
yes! So true! Time consuming and so tedious searching through all the receipt pictures. It takes a while to hear back from them as well. I like your idea.
