Instead of communicating with Help Center through emails, why not to do so through messenger? Emails are ineffective because sometimes the ‘request/ticket’ gets closed due to a misunderstanding and we have to submit a new one micro explaining everything again or, they are handed to another person who asks for more information. I’d wishssnyy to expedite this unnecessary process of proving that I’m not cheating the system by having a back and forth communication with 1 qualified person without waiting for so many days and losing credits on soon-expire bonuses.
It is horrible when I have to reach out. It takes wayyyy too long to even get a response! Sometimes I forget what my question was. I will gladly sign up to help with email responses part time if other are waiting just as long as I am.
