Anybody have any info/tips to talk to someone about errors and lost bonus’s?? I’ve sent 3 messages this week to the help desk with no response. I placed an online order at Walmart to finish the More Mooola$20 bonus and Walmart cancelled my order.
I know it is a pain, but if the order was cancelled, you don't get credit.
You said that you placed an order online at Walmart? I am not aware that Ibotta has resurrected this merchant. You can order grocery for pickup or delivery, but I am not aware of any credit for Walmart online orders from Walmart.com.
Has this changed?
