I've had on-going issues for a few years with pending activity not being processed and given credit. This, especially with items in the Travel Category (Hertz, Choice, Priceline, and IHG) Understandably it takes 4-6 weeks to process, but my point is items pending for 6 months PLUS.
Trouble tickets put in to iBotta are pointless. You get robot answers telling you things you already know, or you get led down a path of 10 days of back and forth email, only to be told at the end that I must wait 4-6 week processing. That was first mentioned that I had already waited 8 weeks, but it's an infinite loop of going nowhere.
Other not so fun issues include not getting my offers processed, they disappear after the online purchase happens, and it never goes into pending. The only proof I have is screen shots of everything; unfortunately it's happened so many times I've had to revert to doing this. Too much work by members for a process that should flow better.
Ready to write in to somebody at iBotta HQ...hope they aren't a robot as well.
