Phone number issues

Now I am worried seeing all the complaints about not being able to get assistance when it comes to getting phone number corrected. The complaints are all over the Internet. We had them deactivate old account but we can not get our phone number to take. I wonder if we will go through he** to get our money.

If you need to change your number youi need to contact ibotta to do it for you. put in a ticket or facebook message them

Hi, Ican tell you I have contacted support many timesand they reply the number isnt asaociated with my account yet it is, It is so not fair. There should be another way to have security questions and change our number ourself.

So today I have a response saying a number ending in 1990 Bellsouth was used to verify my account, yet signing into Ibotta online shows the correct 7238 old number for verifying device, how is Ibotta getting wrong old numbers making it impossible to redeem unless its intentional or a glitch, please fix this Ibotta!

I am trying to add my phone number and it keeps telling me that my number is associated with another Ibotta account. I have had the same phone number for over a year. This is my first Ibotta account. I have no other Ibotta account. I have been messaging back and forth with the care team and have received no help yet. This is ridiculous. I have no idea who had my phone number before me.

Im having the same problem wont link my # says its linked bvb to another acct. When i signed in thru fb i had $6.25 in there sign in with password 0. Acted like 2 accts i guess thats the problem idk. But i have ssent 2 emails now cause i have over $20 now. But no response

Yes it’s a real pain. I ran to Walmart to get the thanksgiving meal came home uploaded my receipt it accepted it. But I can’t withdraw my money. My phone number is associated with another account. It’s very frustrating.
