Resubmit Receipts to receive all your rebates

So today while trying to earn my “Maze Bonus” I purchase 10 items at Stop&Shop.
When I submitted my receipt I got credit for 7. In the past, I would have contacted the help desk. 
Instead I resubmitted the receipt and immediately got credit for the additional 3 items purchased. Two weeks ago I  even submitted a receipt 3 times until I received all my rebates for all the items I purchased. 
Resubmitting is faster than contacting the help desk and the credits have been immediate (so far). 
Try it. Let me know if it works for you as well.

@Glammy  I've done that too - definitely much faster.  Did you hit the bonus?  I still need 3 more. I went to Walmart yesterday and did a bunch (see my other post) but they were out of a lot of items that I wanted to do.  I'll hit up shoprite later.  Schar cookies reloaded so that's one.  Barilla isn't on Shopkicks so I wont do that.  The Rao soup was really good.  Got that for $2.99 - less $1 printable and $1 back, but not on sale, I think it's $4.99?  not worth it.  Hmmmm.

I got 10 at Stop&Shop yesterday. I’ll get 10 today at a Walmart to complete the bonus. 
The feature to “check the bar code” would not work at Stop&Shop yesterday so I only bought the items I was sure about. Has that ever happened to you? First time for me.

Great job! Sometimes in Walmart I have trouble with Shopkick loading  I know my sister has trouble in Stop and Shop getting phone calls or using her aps at all.  I need 3 more at this point, and since I have 17 - I'm not going to quit now.

Oh my goodness! Thank you for sharing this. I was coming here to ask what to do about the Blue Diamond $1 back on 6 oz cans not showing up to redeem. It was there while in the store. When I got home and scanned, it wasn't there. Then later in the evening it came back as available. I checked it and rescanned. The Blue Diamond offer credited along with a couple more that I hadn't noticed didn't credit. So this was worth an additional $10.35 cents to me. I was under the assumption that the receipts could NOT be rescanned. So happy now.

You are very welcomed!  This stuff is not intuitive  I am happy to share and so happy that you got your rebates  $10.00 is a lot in the rebate world

If your first attempt scanned 5 different offers, and you received no money for 2 offers, that is a perfect time to resubmit your receipt for the 2 offers that are still in your dashboard.

If you had an offer in your list, but neglected to select/submit that offer at all the initial time, that also is a good time to resubmit.

I would strongly suggest that you do NOT resubmit a receipt for offers where you purchased multiples and did not get credit for all of them.  (only got paid for 2 of the 4 you bought)    That is inviting trouble because you now have one offer being submitted twice on the same receipt and you could end up getting your account locked.

I tried dad a couple of days ago to see if it would work, and I was so glad it did. There Were several that had been missed, but I now have received credit. Great feature
