Hi, I recently got $30 from referrals and when I try to spend it the money by buying a $20 bass pro shop gift card it said “something went wrong we couldn’t process your request we’re looking into it, but you can reach out to I bought a car if you need help.” CAN A SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ASAP. I read all the articles and nothing worked, my account is verified, the app is updated, the phone is updated, but I seen in a article where you have to clear cache and I don’t know what clear cache means. That probably isn’t the problem though. Can someone please help me and get me this gift card. I don’t want to get my account locked because, I’ve seen people get there account locked for no reason. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, IVE DONE EVERY THING IN THE ARTICALS.

I have had the same issue when purchasing Bass Pro GC.  You have two options available for purchasing.

• Withdraw funds
•  Buy GC (formerly known as pay with Ibotta)

Whenever I would review and selecting payment method. I would receive ooops something went wrong message.  

What you can do is exit out close your app browser reopen and open the gift card tab.  In most cases I found that the transaction was completed eventhough an error message was displayed.

@Jalal I agree with @OBSHOP ... withdraw as cash, and then buy the Bass GC through Ibotta. You’ll get 7% in Ibotta rewards on top 😃.

How would I withdraw funds, last night about the same time this was posted I added my PayPal and it brought up another error message. Do I go on payment methods and add my debit card?

By adding your debit card gives you the option to purchase GC charged to your debit card. If you have adequate funds available. Ensure you can withdraw as desired.  I would get that issue resolved before adding debit card.

Can I put the money in my debit card without buying a gift card?

Yes you can, that's how I do it personally. You should be able to link your bank account and do it that way.
