This interface allows text formatting that would greatly improve formatting of requests.  No matter what I try to do to format a request via the mobile app, it always scrunches it all together.    

Also, I believe whenever I open a ticket by clicking on the NEED HELP? CONTACT Ibotta Care  button within my EARNINGS HISTORY,  it doesn't  seem to really give it a 'subject'.   When I get an email response back from the agent, it gets confusing, and sometimes ibotta confuses two different open tickets.

So any means of submitting a ticket with formatted test from the community would be a blessing.
