I don’t find an advantage to being on a team. They only help hit the $ amount of your Monthly Bonuses. For example, my October Level 1 Bonus requires me to redeem 25 offers and my team to redeem $20. If I redeem 25 offers, I will meet the $20 requirement on my own.
