I have submitted two TT this week and each case was resolved to my satisfaction within 24hrs. After submitting your tickets you should have received an automated response with some possible resolutions respond by clicking no as a response. Then a real person will look at your issue and resolve.
My ticket this week took 33 hours. I did get an automated email from Ibotta, but it said to "leave your ticket open and a member of the Care Team will respond to your ticket." I did not respond since my inquiry wasn't solved.
