Tickets being sent to appropriate team

I am finding that I’m sending more and more tickets in for not credited items. Then I get responses that it’s being sent to the appropriate team. I am still waiting for items to be resolved from Saturday and Sunday. There is also a ticket from way back in June I’ve given up on.
